A New Fav

If I recall correctly, the first time I had sushi was about 4 years ago. A former classmate of mine from TSU took me to this wonderful Japanese Restaurant in Houston. Though I do not remember the name, I remember the nice ambiance (tres bien), the wonderful service (tres bien), and the sushi wasn't bad either.

After that, I had it a few more times and although I enjoyed it, it wasn't until recently that it has become a new Favorite of mine. Cravings for sushi have quickly become more frequent and now it is becoming a must have. Before I stuck to California rolls (which many avid sushi connoisseurs feel isn't real sushi, especially if the fish is cooked), but after a visit to an excellent sushi & habachi restaurant during a vacation in Jamaica, I have come to love the raw selections as well. If you have not experienced sushi, I strongly recommend it. Just be sure to do your research, go with someone who eats and enjoys it, keep an open mind, and let your pallet take care of the rest!
